Opennote has been acquired by Reducto

On May 6, 2026, we announced that Opennote has been acquired by Reducto. Everything we learned building a notebook that helps people make sense of scattered information is now going into Reducto's work on document intelligence, helping people and agents understand and act on complex information at a much larger scale.

As part of that transition, Opennote has been sunset and the app is no longer available.
